A group of 15-year-olds (Miguel Ángel, Izan, Jorge and Dani) live in a very odd place: the fourth-floor hospital ward for minors affected with bone cancer. But this doesn’t depress them. Their innate love for life makes them react to the disease in various ways. Miguel Ángel acts tough, pretending to be self-sufficient. Jorge is waiting for the results of exams but his companions try to take his mind off it. Izan is bound up in his memories. Dani falls in love for the first time. All share a passion: basketball.
