The film tells the story of two teenagers who leave their eastern Turkish hometown Mardin to come to Istanbul. Their aim is to work as peddlers selling mussels, and somehow go to Germany. The two youngsters, Hâkim and Faysal, sell mussels like others in Istanbul, who are from their hometown. At the boardinghouse they are staying at, they encounter an organ mafia and without realizing, they begin acting as carriers for them. One day, their paths cross with the young Bosnian cardiac patient Elma, whose mother goes missing. Brought together by inevitability, the three children find themselves in an insolvable quest.
