After the bombing of Afghanistan, 21 doctors performing as clowns (and guided by Patch Adams, creator of “smile therapy”) reach Kabul to treat wounded adults and above all children. The initial impact is very hard emotionally but the doctors pursue their mission alongside the one being carried out by “Emergency”, the Italian humanitarian association of which Gino Strada is a founder. “Emergency” treats and rehabilitates victims of war and landmines in many parts of the world. A representative of the association will be present at the viewing.
