The film director, who deals with his life, comes back to Palestine, after a long time spent in the States and travels his country, in search of the true meaning of being a Palestinian. First, the events take place in his native village, where the audience meets his family and friends. Then, Suleiman sets out for other places, still searching for his identity. The style of the film is a skilful balance of comedy and docudrama, with such a sense of humour that gives a new point of view on the tragic Middle East puzzle.
