Tibbe is a reporter about to lose his job because he never manages to give his paper “hot” news. But he encounters Minoes, a girl with all the traits of a cat. She eats raw fish, climbs up trees and walks on roofs. And actually is a cat in human guise. Thanks to her feline friends she is able to give Tibbe the most confidential news. Everything seems fine until the cats catch the apparently most respectable man in town in illegal doings. What will Tibbe do, and what will be the consequences?
