Raimond is an adolescent pupil at a school specializing in music. His bad behaviour earns him a severe reprimand in a note he doesn’t want his mother to sign, and when the teacher calls to inform her of it he simply unplugs the phone. Life is far from easy for Raimond’s’ mother who works full time at a clinic. This means that Raimond is usually left to deal with his problems on his own. To cap it all, he discovers his mother has in fact been lying to him about having to work night shifts. She is increasingly unaware of the trouble her son is getting into. The film describes the difficult path mother and son must travel if they are to rebuild their relationship.
