A brave mouse meets dangerous characters: a fox, an owl and a snake. To save himself from their aggressions, he invents a friendship with a monstrous being: the Gruffalo. But in the woods our mouse will really meet the monster, but with his cunning will manage to scare him! Actually, the Gruffalo is a nice monster. The mouse teaches us, however, that we don't always have to be afraid of the different: not always what appears to be monstrous is really monstrous.
