1960s. Walter Vismara is the bookkeeper of a small provincial factory. Having moved to Milan out of necessity, he finds himself working in a company whose owner is ob-sessed with soccer and cares very much that his employees play a match every year. But one of the two teams that will have to face each other is missing a goalkeeper, and Wal-ter, in order to comply with the boss’s wish-es, pretends to be one. He will have to try to find a solution before the match. A smiling reflection on what Italy was like a few dec-ades ago. |
